One of Germany’s best-known foundries, Zollern GmbH, is celebrating the company’s 300th anniversary and 10th generation of family management with a new investment casting line operating on the lost wax principle. The new line relies on two Power&Free conveyor systems designed, manufactured and installed by KEWESTA GmbH. The Zollern installation is a feather in the cap of KEWESTA, a mid-sized conveyor specialist co-founded at Erlensee, Germany, in 1971 by Dipl.-Ing. Phillip Weber and Richard Adam Roth. Although competition for the Zollern project was intense, KEWESTA won the much-coveted contract based on a stellar reputation for quality, commitment and top-notch customer service.
